Wolfpack Lacrosse
Wolfpack Lacrosse Club is a nonprofit club program committed to providing an enriching lacrosse experience for our youth players. Our dedicated coaches, who are passionate parents themselves, volunteer their time to foster a love for the game and develop our players' skills. By relying on volunteer coaches, we are able to keep our fees significantly lower than other club programs, making lacrosse more accessible to all. Our program is focused on serving the needs of our young athletes, offering them opportunities to compete in elite leagues and tournaments nationwide. As a member of the Wolfpack, you join a tight-knit lacrosse family and proudly represent our local community.
We offer Wolfpack teams starting from second grade through the junior year in high school. Teams are formed based on birthdate.
US Lacrosse Age Verification Policy
Tryouts for Wolfpack are scheduled after the conclusion of the spring season and summer tournaments. Generally, tryouts take place at the end of July and the beginning of August each year. During this period, all teams are assembled in preparation for fall tournaments and practices. It's important to note that all players are required to try out for their club team every summer, and previous spots are not automatically reserved
Annual fees for the Wolfpack typically range from $600 to $900. We strive to keep our program affordable compared to others, which may charge as much as $2500. The yearly dues contribute to covering expenses such as tournaments, leagues, uniforms, and indoor field rentals.
Playing time is competitive and may fluctuate for each player throughout the season. Our coaches aim to provide every player with playing time in line with their skills and contributions to the team. Ultimately, decisions regarding playing time are made at the discretion of the coaching staff
We strongly encourage any player who doesn't make a Wolfpack team to join the Forest Hill Lacrosse Rec program for their respective age group. These teams are organized into leagues according to skill level, and our coaches are dedicated to helping players improve and prepare for tryouts the following summer. It's important to us that players and their families don't feel discouraged from returning and trying out again for the Wolfpack in the future
